Since the Covid 19 situation hit the whole world, it has also had a direct impact on the learning process, so it is necessary to implement learning using the hybrid learning method. The COVID-19 pandemic has drastically changed the educational landscape around the world, forcing educational institutions to evaluate and adapt their learning methods. Physical restrictions, school closures, campus closures. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were determined purposively and the data sources chosen were information technology study program students and the data analysis technique used was qualitative descriptive. The results of this research show a positive response from students but there are still many shortcomings and obstacles in implementing learning using the Hybrid Learning method. Pemerintah telah melaksanakan berbagai program, termasuk program 'link and match', untuk memperkuat proses pendidikan dan produksi, meningkatkan kesempatan kerja di dunia usaha, dan mendorong kerja sama antara pemerintah, industri, dan sektor lainnya. Salah satu program tersebut adalah Teaching Factory (TEFA), yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan sekolah dengan industri. Namun penerapan TEFA di kota Makassar masih terbatas, penelitian ini berfokus pada efektivitas model CIPP dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menerapkan TEFA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konteks, input, proses, produk, dan kinerja sekolah penerapan TEFA di Kota Makassar, serta tantangan yang dihadapi sekolah dalam penerapan TEFA. Penelitian ini menggunakan CIPP (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) Model Evaluasi (Context, Input, Process, dan Product) dalam kegiatan pembelajaran TEFA. Evaluasi program adalah informasi yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan terkait, melibatkan komponenten dan indikator terkait dan interaksi. Model Evaluasi CIPP memberikan manfaat dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan memberikan bukti pertanggungjawaban atas keberhasilan program kepada masyarakat. Evaluasi menyimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran TEFA telah efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi produktif peserta didik, serta dalam mengembangkan sikap mandiri, profesional, dan bertanggung jawab. Through literature review research methods and a qualitative approach, this article analyzes various relevant sources. The contribution of NU educational institutions can be seen in providing quality education and in-depth religious knowledge, as well as spreading moderate Islamic values. NU's educational concept is based on the teachings of Ahlusunnah Wal Jama'ah (Aswaja) and an inclusive learning method approach. Important figures in the world of NU education such as KH Hasyim Asy'ari, KH Abdul Wahid Hasyim, and KH Abdul Wahab Chasbullah were also appointed. NU education does not only focus on intellectual aspects, but also the development of moderate morals, ethics and Islamic values. Through this education, NU produces a generation that is competitive, has noble character, and is able to make a positive contribution to Indonesian society. In this summary, emphasis is placed on the important role and contribution of NU in the development of education in Indonesia. Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), which is the largest Islamic organization in Indonesia, can be said to be quite late in responding to the digital era when compared to other Islamic groups. The digital era is an era that we cannot avoid, in fact we as humans will continue to develop according to the times. Therefore, we also have to adapt to be more advanced. Oleh masyarakat umum, pesantren dinilai masih sangat terbelakang dalam penguasaan teknologi, khususnya dalam pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk pendidikan. Padahal potensi perbaikan itu ada ketika UU Siskdiknas No 20 tahun 2003 pasal 30 ayat 4, menempatkan posisi pesantren sejajar dengan lembaga pendidikan lain yang ada di Indonesia. Kini, pesantren tidak hanya identik sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang mengajarkan ilmu-ilmu keagamaan saja tetapi juga mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan umum termasuk pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk pendidikan. (2) What is the effectiveness of the teacher's strategy in supporting improving student learning achievement in Bantaeng 1 High School? To answer these problems, the type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data sources from this study consisted of 1 Principal, 1 Deputy Principal of the Curriculum, 3 PAI teachers, and 15 students. The selection of the main data sources is done based on the analysis of data requirements needed by researchers. Data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation are then analyzed with data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusions that follow the technical data analyst. The data validation technique is done by triangulation and member check. The results showed that the strategies undertaken by Islamic religious education teachers in supporting the improvement of student learning achievement in Bantaeng 1 High School were three namely contextual teaching learning strategies, the use of many methods, as well as individual and group strategies. The process of teaching and learning activities undertaken by the teacher by applying this strategy is based on the state of the student, the material being taught, the application of the method, the different types of student learning, as well as the various problems faced by students in learning. With the contextual teaching learning strategy, the use of many methods, as well as individual and group strategies used by effective Islamic religious education teachers in supporting the improvement of students' learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 is proven by: the number of students who ask when the learning process takes place and the activeness of students in the classroom PAI learning is classified as good, feeling happy and motivated by the strategies used by PAI subject teachers to become better people, the value of daily assignments that on average the class achieves KKM completeness and the achievements achieved in religious competitions. Data were analyzed qualitatively to identify the role of Islamic educational institutions and key figures in this process. Maros Regency, as one of the regions that has the Bantimurung Protected Forest Area, has challenges in preserving this forest. This research aims (1) to design an educational information system for handling protected forests in the Bantimurung conservation area; (2) To implement a website-based educational information system for handling protected forests in the Bantimurung conservation area. The research method used is the waterfall model development (R &amp; D) method with stages of analysis, design, coding and testing. The research results show that (1) the Bantimurung Conservation Area Education Information System, Maros Regency, was designed as an educational medium for the community to increase accessibility and understanding about maintaining ecosystems in conservation areas in Maros Regency. This system was successfully built using the PHP programming language, MySQL.
