ARTICLE PROCESSING CHARGE (APC)

General Policy

This journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainable management and publication of high-quality scholarly articles. The APC covers editorial management, double-blind peer review, copyediting, proofreading, layout editing, DOI registration, digital archiving, metadata management, and article dissemination through national and international indexing services.

The APC is only payable after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication by the Editor. Payment of the APC does not influence the editorial decision and does not guarantee the acceptance of any submitted manuscript.

APC Categories

1. International Collaboration Award (FREE APC)

Publication Fee: FREE (US$0 / IDR 0)

This category applies to manuscripts that meet all of the following criteria:

  • Authors are affiliated with institutions located on at least three (3) different continents.

  • All institutional affiliations can be verified.

  • Each institution has made a significant scientific contribution to the research.

Example:

  • Indonesia (Asia)

  • Australia (Oceania)

  • Germany (Europe)

APC Status: FREE

2. International Multi-Country Collaboration

Publication Fee: US$42 (IDR 750,000)

This category applies to manuscripts that:

  • Include authors from at least two different countries.

  • Represent different institutional affiliations.

Examples:

  • Indonesia + Malaysia

  • Indonesia + Japan

  • Indonesia + Australia

3. National Multi-Affiliation

Publication Fee: US$56 (IDR 1,000,000)

This category applies to manuscripts with:

  • Authors representing two or more different institutions.

  • All institutions located within the same country.

Examples:

  • University A

  • University B

  • University C

4. Single Affiliation

Publication Fee: US$70 (IDR 1,250,000)

This category applies when all authors are affiliated with the same institution.

Example:

All authors are affiliated with University A.

5. Student Publication Scheme

Publication Fee: US$50 (IDR 900,000)

This category is available under the following conditions:

  • The corresponding author is an active undergraduate or postgraduate student.

  • A valid student enrollment certificate is provided.

  • The manuscript is co-authored with the student's academic supervisor.

Payment Method

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Authors will receive:

  • An official invoice

  • Bank account/payment details

  • Payment confirmation

Refund Policy

APC payments are non-refundable once the production process has commenced, except in cases of administrative error on the part of the journal.

  1. The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication.

  2. APC payment does not influence the editorial decision or the outcome of the peer-review process.

  3. All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with the journal's publication ethics and editorial policies.

  4. The Editorial Board reserves the right to grant a full or partial APC waiver based on academic merit or other exceptional circumstances.

  5. All APC rates are charged per accepted manuscript and may be revised periodically by the Editorial Board without prior notice.
